Yam Flour is used to make smooth dough called Amala. Amala is a special delicacy and very popular food in West Africa. It is smooth, light and tasty.
It is eaten with various types of stew or soup such as Vegetable or Ewedu soup. It can be served with any soup of your choice.
DIRECTION FOR COOKING
Heat water to boiling (USE 400ML) water per serving of 125g yam flour Pour in yam flour while stirring gently.
For your desired dough thickness, add more flour or water and mix further.
